Job Description

Role: Python+ Gen AI Experience: 7+ years Location: Gurugram/Noida IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Job Summary : Summary Skilled Python with GenAI Developer to be able to build scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, follow best practices, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services - Hands-on experience with DocumentDB / MongoDB , including schema design and querying. - Familiarity with LLM-based systems, RAG architecture , and Agents, Knowledge Bases, and conversational memory. - Exposure to LangGraph, Strands, or other agent frameworks. - Understanding of prompt templates, guardrails, and context chaining in conversational agents. - Exposure building or integrating AI evaluation tools (e.g., LangFuse, or custom metrics). - Practical understanding of vector search implementations. - Experience with frontend integration (React /Next.js) via REST or WebSocket APIs for agent UIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, Data Science, DevOps, Product, QA) - Work with AWS suite of services - Create and maintain technical documentation
