Job Description: Python Developer with Data Analytics About The Role We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong Data Analytics expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and business intelligence, collaborating closely with Product Management and Professional Services to deliver data-driven solutions that empower our customers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management and Professional Services teams to gather requirements, provide accurate estimates, and deliver on committed timelines. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that generate actionable insights. Create custom reports tailored to specific customer needs and identify opportunities to generalize solutions for overall product improvement. Analyze customer requirements holistically to determine whether needs can be met through existing reports, enhancements, or new development. Develop deep understanding of data models and data warehouse architecture to ensure efficient data retrieval. Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to extract and serve data from the data warehouse. Write clean, efficient, maintainable Python and SQL code for reporting and analytics solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimal query performance across all deliverables. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Python development and data analytics. Strong proficiency in Python, including data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries, optimization, and data warehouse environments. Hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database design. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience providing project estimates and managing timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, ClickHouse, etc. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of data visualization libraries. Understanding of data governance and security best practices. Experience working in a SaaS or customer-facing technical environment.
