Qualification: Any Technical Degree About The Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong data analytics expertise to join our dynamic team. You will act as a bridge between technical development and business intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build data-driven solutions that empower our customers with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management and Professional Services teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver projects on time. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable business insights. Create custom reports tailored to customer needs while identifying opportunities for scalable, reusable solutions. Analyze customer requirements to determine if needs can be met through existing reports, enhancements, or new development. Understand and optimize data models and data warehouse architecture for efficient data retrieval. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to serve data from the warehouse. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and SQL code for analytics and reporting solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all deliverables. Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and data analytics. Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries and optimization in data warehouse environments. Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database design. Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with project estimation and managing delivery timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, ClickHouse). Proficiency with Git or other version control systems. Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn). Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices. Background in SaaS or customer-facing technical environments.
