Technical Interview Panel Expert Experience Level: 10+ years (with Python and backend system expertise) Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana / 100% Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a senior Python Developer to join as a Technical Interview Panel Expert for evaluating backend and AI-integrated application developers. The ideal professional will have strong experience in backend architecture, REST API development, microservices, and integrating ML models into production systems. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical interviews and coding assessments for Python developers. Evaluate candidates on API development, database management, and backend performance tuning . Assess understanding of AI model integration and backend automation pipelines . Collaborate with hiring teams to structure technical rounds, challenges, and evaluation metrics. Guide the interview process to ensure fair and skill-based assessment of candidates. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django frameworks . Experience in RESTful APIs, Microservices, Docker, and Git-based workflows . Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) . Familiarity with AI/ML integration, API security, and scalability principles . Understanding of Cloud deployments (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Azure Functions) . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Prior experience conducting technical interviews or code reviews . Strong understanding of best coding practices and system design patterns .
