You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical services that scale to millions of users. Key Responsibility: Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Python, Golang. Design efficient data models and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Build secure and performant APIs for mobile and web applications. Drive cloud-native development and infrastructure setup on AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, mobile, and DevOps. Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability. Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and improve development processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-level issues. Requirements: Backend development experience with Python, or Golang. Strong command over relational (PostgreSQL) and document (MongoDB) databases. Practical experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3). Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and working in service-oriented architectures. Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud monitoring practices. Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code. Strong analytical and debugging skills with a performance-first mindset.
