Python & Backend Developer Trainer

Sierra Learning Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Python & Backend Developer Trainer to lead our technical curriculum and mentor students from foundational coding to building secure, ML-integrated production APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in Python and Backend Development
• Teach modern backend frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic)
• Guide students in building scalable, production-ready API architectures
• Integrate ML workflows into backend systems (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Cover authentication and deployment concepts (JWT, OAuth2, Docker, ASGI)
• Mentor students on real-world projects and best coding practices

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Python (OOP and advanced concepts)
• Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and REST API standards
• Knowledge of ML workflows and data handling
• Understanding of secure authentication methods
• Experience with Docker and backend deployment
• Strong communication and teaching skills
