Kensaltensi.org Role Overview We are looking for a strong Python Backend & AI Engineer with 3?4 years of experience in building scalable backend systems and implementing AI/ML components. The ideal candidate should have expert-level Python skills (FastAPI / Django), experience building REST APIs, SQL knowledge, authentication mechanisms, and familiarity with AI/ML workflows using Pandas, NumPy, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) Key Responsibilities ? Design, build, and maintain scalable REST APIs using FastAPI and Django. ? Develop secure authentication & authorization (OAuth2 / JWT / Session-based). ? Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and write optimized queries. ? Build modular backend architectures with clean and maintainable code. ? Implement CI/CD, unit testing, and API documentation (Swagger / OpenAPI). ? Integrate external APIs, microservices, and internal data services. ? Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP (Lambda, EC2, Cloud Run, API Gateway, etc.). ? Work with Docker-based deployments and containerization. ? Use Pandas, NumPy, and Python scientific stack for data preprocessing. ? Build simple ML pipelines and integrate AI models into backend services. ? Work with REST-based AI model inference (OpenAI, Hugging Face, custom models). ? Implement basic RAG or LLM integration (nice to have). ? Optimize API performance, manage data flows, and build automation scripts. Required Skills ? Strong Python development experience (3?4 years). ? FastAPI and Django (must-have). ? SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and database schema design. ? API authentication (JWT, OAuth2). ? Experience with AWS / GCP cloud services.
