Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Python Developer to join the client's AWS Development Squad and contribute to building scalable, enterprise-grade cloud solutions. The role involves developing modern AWS microservices and event-driven integrations, primarily extracting and processing data from an Enterprise SAP landscape using AWS-native services. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing AWS transformation initiative focused on speed, quality, and DevOps-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

Work as a core developer within an Agile AWS squad delivering an enterprise-grade cloud solution.
Design and develop AWS microservices using Python and serverless technologies.
Build integrations with SAP systems using SAP Webhooks and OData services.
Implement event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub patterns and message queues.
Drive DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Create reusable development patterns that are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and maintainable.
Participate in peer code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives.
Ensure AWS resources follow governance standards, including cost tagging and logging.
Continuously evaluate new AWS services and recommend improvements to the platform.

Requirements

AWS Certifications (Developer / DevOps Engineer).
SAP integration experience: Nice to have, not mandatory.
