🚀 Hiring: QA Automation Engineer (Robot Framework + Python+ConformIQ)

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in automation frameworks, model-based testing, and cloud device testing to join our growing QA team.

This role focuses on building scalable automation solutions, improving test coverage, and ensuring high-quality product releases through modern testing practices.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework.
• Build robust UI automation frameworks using Selenium and/or Playwright with cross-browser coverage.
• Execute and manage mobile and web tests on Perfecto cloud devices and browsers.
• Design, generate, and manage test cases using ConformIQ with traceability to requirements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated quality gates.
• Create and maintain reusable test libraries, keywords, page objects, and utilities.
• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Maintain test data, test environments, and execution reports/dashboards.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, contribute to QA strategy, estimation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure automation standards, code quality, and documentation are consistently applied.

⭐ Nice to Have

• API test automation experience (REST APIs, Postman/Newman, Python Requests, Robot Framework Requests)
• Experience with BDD practices (Gherkin)
• Familiarity with Docker / containerized environments
• Exposure to accessibility, performance, or security testing
• Experience with reporting tools such as Robot Framework reports
