Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Automation Test Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks. You will work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to ensure software quality, reliability, and seamless integration through scalable automation suites.

Key Responsibilities

Framework Development: Build and scale custom automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and APIs using Python.

Test Scripting: Write clean, maintainable automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software bugs; provide detailed test execution reports.

Collaboration: Partner with developers and product teams to analyze requirements and define robust test strategies.

Technical Requirements

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (or equivalent) and [X] years of experience in automation testing.

Core Language: Strong proficiency in Python (OOPs, data structures).

Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Pytest, Robot Framework, or Selenium.

API Testing: Experience automating REST APIs using Python requests or Postman.

DevOps & Tools: Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic SQL.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
