PULS Group is a global leader in DIN rail power supplies, field power supplies, and industrial power technology. As part of our India growth journey, we are building local sourcing and procurement capabilities that will support both current EMS-driven manufacturing and future in-house production operations.
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to establish sourcing processes, build supplier ecosystems, drive localization initiatives, and create a scalable procurement foundation for PULS India.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations for PULS India across direct and indirect spend categories
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, supply-market dynamics, quality requirements, and cost objectives
- Build, qualify, audit, onboard, and manage supplier networks across local and global markets
- Manage sourcing for electronics components, PCBs, transformers, sheet metal, stamping, injection molding, assemblies, and manufacturing services
- Drive supplier negotiations, commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and long-term vendor partnerships
- Lead localization initiatives to improve supply-chain resilience, reduce costs, and support India manufacturing expansion
- Monitor supplier performance using quality, cost, delivery, and service metrics
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, and global procurement teams to align sourcing activities with business priorities
- Drive inventory optimization, demand planning support, risk mitigation, and supplier-development programs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and global sourcing practices
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor-management experience within manufacturing environments
- Strong experience working with electronics OEMs, EMS providers, industrial manufacturers, or complex supply-chain ecosystems
- Deep understanding of electronic components, passive and active components, transformers, sheet metal, stamping, injection molding, assemblies, and industrial manufacturing suppliers
- Proven experience managing supplier qualification, vendor development, audits, negotiations, and performance management
- Experience driving localization programs, cost-reduction initiatives, and supplier optimization strategies
- Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement workflows, and supplier-governance processes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and commercial decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with FTWZ operations, global sourcing, commodity management, or international procurement is highly desirable
What Success Looks Like
Month 3
- Establish sourcing priorities and build supplier engagement plans
- Identify key opportunities for supplier optimization and localization
Month 6
- Implement supplier-performance frameworks and procurement governance processes
- Deliver measurable improvements in supplier quality, cost control, and delivery reliability
Month 12
- Build a scalable procurement function capable of supporting both EMS production and future in-house manufacturing operations
- Deliver sustainable cost savings, reduced supply risk, and improved supplier performance
