We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Fresher) to support our procurement and sourcing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management within the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Assist in sourcing materials, components, and products from approved vendors.
• Communicate with vendors through emails and phone calls to obtain quotations, confirm pricing, and track deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and procurement records.
• Verify part numbers, product specifications, datasheets, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) before processing purchase requests.
• Compare quotations based on price, lead time, and technical specifications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams for procurement-related activities.
• Update vendor databases, purchase reports, and material tracking sheets.
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities and supplier communications.
• Support the team in resolving delivery, quality, and supply-related issues.
• Learn and follow company procurement processes and documentation standards.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to understand and interpret basic technical datasheets and product specifications.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Internship or academic project experience related to procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
