Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Rajkot. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for executing purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services essential for operations. The role involves managing procurement processes, collaborating with vendors to secure optimal terms, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. Additionally, the role requires effective communication to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline purchasing and inventory management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management : 1 year+
• Proven skills in Procurement processes and vendor management
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and suppliers
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems related to procurement and purchase management
• Knowledge or experience in renewable energy or infrastructure-related procurement is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
