Job Description

Provides general support related to building and administration concerns to enable employees to perform their tasks efficiently.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for filing and safekeeping of the department's documents, such as logbooks, request forms, and other relevant records
  • Manages meeting/training room and projector reservation requests using Skedda software
  • Resolves building and administration concerns submitted through the online ticketing system (OTRS/ticketing services) to provide efficient and immediate action
  • Ensures timely payment of monthly utilities billing
  • Handles requisition and inventory of office supplies, including consumable items, laptops, mobile phones, and other equipment to be issued to departments/employees
  • Monitors service maintenance of office furniture and equipment, such as air conditioning units, printers, etc.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business course
  • At least 1 year of experience in building and facilities management, engineering maintenance services, procurement of office supplies, office equipment, and utilities management
  • Proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet, and presentation tools
  • Team player, adaptable, flexible, organized, and keen to details
