The Goan Bliss, South Goa is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Purchase & Store Keeper to manage procurement and inventory operations for our boutique resort.

This role is ideal for someone who can ensure efficient purchasing processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth day-to-day hotel operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

A responsible professional with:

• Experience in purchasing, inventory, or store management
• Knowledge of vendor coordination and procurement processes
• Strong understanding of stock control and inventory tracking
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with hospitality procurement practices (preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage procurement of supplies and materials for hotel operations
• Maintain accurate store inventory and stock levels
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor goods receipt, storage, and stock movement
• Maintain proper purchase records and documentation
