Job Summary:

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting operational requirements. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, projects) to understand material and service requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages.

• Track order status and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchase management.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
