Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Neemrana. The Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The role involves sourcing vendors, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchase Executive will coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements, align purchases with project timelines, and support inventory control and cost optimization. The position also requires monitoring supplier performance, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement.
  • Candidates should be proficient in handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
  • Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Experience in EPCM, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP or other procurement-related software tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze costs, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
