Position: Public Relations Officer

Role Description

• Manage patient relations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for seamless communication.
• Assist with patient admissions, appointments, and discharge processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral partners.
• Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
• Support the hospital's marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure high patient satisfaction.
