Job Description: Public Relations (PR) Manager
Role Overview
HKI Media & Services is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Public Relations (PR) Manager who will be responsible for managing the public image and media presence of all the brands handled by the company. The PR Manager will develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that increase brand visibility, build strong media relationships, and create positive brand narratives across various platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, media connections, and the ability to craft compelling stories that position brands effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Public Relations
● Manage and execute PR strategies for all brands represented by HKI Media.
● Build strong brand narratives and ensure consistent public communication and brand positioning.
● Plan and execute PR campaigns, media coverage, and brand announcements.
Media Relations
● Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and digital publications.
● Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and brand features across relevant platforms.
● Identify opportunities for brand coverage in media and industry publications.
Content & Communication
● Write and distribute press releases, media notes, brand stories, and PR content.
● Ensure all communication aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
Campaign & Event PR
● Support marketing campaigns, brand launches, events, and announcements with strong PR strategies.
● Coordinate media presence for brand events, launches, and promotional activities.
Reputation & Image Management
● Monitor public perception and media coverage related to the brands.
● Manage brand reputation and ensure positive brand visibility in the market.
Required Skills
● Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
● Strong media networking and relationship-building ability
● Knowledge of PR strategies, media outreach, and brand communication
● Ability to manage multiple brand PR campaigns simultaneously
● Strong organizational and coordination skills
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
● 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
● Experience working with PR agencies, media houses, or brand communication teams is preferred
