Humans of hustle have multiple content formats created and distributed on social media platforms, reaching a growing audience of founders, operators, and enthusiasts. Applicants will join a mission-driven team focused on authentic conversations and high-quality, multimedia content about the founder ecosystem.

Role Description This is an on site Public Relations role based in Gurgaon .

Your role would include but not limited to assisting the PR team. You will manage media outreach, pitch stories, and cultivate relationships with founders and operators to amplify Humans Of Hustle’s visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include collating information and research about founders and startup brands, preparing strategies and campaign ideation ,coordinating meetings and narrative building across digital and traditional channels. The role also involves developing strategic communication plans, monitoring media mentions, managing responses to inquiries, and supporting event-related PR activities. Collaboration with content, social media, and production teams will be essential to ensure consistent messaging and strong public visibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong public and media relations skills to build, manage, and nurture relationships with key outlets and partners.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, to represent the brand professionally in all external interactions.
• Candidates should possess abilities in stakeholder management, storytelling, and brand positioning, ideally within media, startups, or content-driven organisations
• Relevant qualifications may include a degree in Communications,Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing , Psychology or a related field.
• Beneficial attributes include familiarity with digital and social media platforms, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
