Position: Content Evaluation Specialist (Political Science / Public Policy)

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI generated content for quality, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Execute scripted and exploratory prompts to assess AI performance, reasoning quality, and content safety.
• Apply structured labeling frameworks with precision and consistency across political and policy related topics.
• Analyze arguments, identify biases, and assess logical coherence within AI generated responses.
• Document findings clearly, highlighting patterns, inconsistencies, or anomalies for research analysis.
• Maintain strict neutrality and objectivity when evaluating ideologically sensitive or controversial material.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure evaluator alignment and consistency.
• Contribute insights to improve evaluation protocols and responsible AI outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final year enrollment in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of political systems, ideologies, and policy frameworks.
• Excellent English reading comprehension with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven critical thinking ability and experience analyzing structured arguments.
• High attention to detail with a methodical approach to applying evaluation criteria.
• Ability to remain impartial and professional when handling sensitive or polarized content.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
