Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site PTI (Physical Training Instructor) role based in Gurugram. The PTI will be responsible for planning and conducting physical education classes, organizing sports activities, and promoting a culture of health and wellness among students. Responsibilities also include providing fitness training, teaching rules and techniques of various sports, monitoring student progress, and ensuring safety during physical activities. The PTI will also need to maintain sports equipment and coordinate inter-school sports events.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Education, Fitness Training, and Sports Coaching
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for planning and managing sports activities and events
• Ability to instruct and motivate students, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid practices related to physical activities
• Relevant qualifications in Physical Education or Sports Science; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role within an educational environment is an added advantage
• A passion for fostering a healthy and active lifestyle in young learners
