Role Description The PRT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to primary school learners, following the school’s integrated curriculum and international standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves creating a supportive classroom environment, integrating language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), and using diverse teaching strategies to meet different learning needs. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, and engage with families to support student development. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kothari International School in Noida.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies suited for primary learners.
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices aligned with CBSE and international curricula.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interaction with students, families, and staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
  • Experience teaching primary school students, ideally in a CBSE or international school setting.
  • Ability to use age-appropriate teaching resources and classroom technology to enhance learning.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a student-centered approach to teaching.
  • Commitment to holistic development, co-curricular engagement, and inclusive education practices.
