JD: Implement and configure Secure Web Gateway appliances or any cloud-based solutions Worked on Web filtering policies, blocking malicious sites, enforcing access control policies, and inspecting traffic for Unwanted usage. Develop, enforce, and update web usage policies as per organizational requirements Monitor web traffic and take action as per guidelines into the SWG solution. Provide technical support to users experiencing issues related to web access, connectivity, or security events. Strong troubleshooting skills on network layers and protocols. Knowledge of packet capture and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark/Fiddler) for troubleshooting. Collaborate and work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure policies align with them. Investigate web security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation measures as per requirements.
