Job Description

Day to day responsibility shall include following functions as a proposal engineer in the field of thermal power (Boilers) spares.

Review and understand client requirements as per the tender documents, technical specifications, and scope of work for Boiler Spares like Pressure part/ Pulveriser /Burner Wind box as per customer requirement.
Prepare and submit detailed techno-commercial proposals for Pressure part/ Pulveriser /Burner Wind box.
Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Projects) to gather inputs and compile the proposal.
Cost estimation based on current market trends.
Prepare bid documents including BOQ, pricing sheets, technical write-ups, deviations, and compliance statements.
Manage and track proposal schedules to meet submission deadlines.
Maintain documentation and records of all submitted proposals.
