Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for the day-to-day operations of HooLiv residences. This role oversees property maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and vendor coordination to ensure a well-run and secure living environment. The Property Manager manages resident onboarding and move-outs, handles inquiries and service requests, and supports community-building activities that enhance the living experience. They monitor occupancy, assist with rent collection and basic reporting, and work closely with central teams to implement tech-enabled processes and property policies. The role requires regular on-site presence to address operational issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong property or facility management skills, including oversight of maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in resident or customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive community atmosphere.
- Basic administrative and operational skills, including documentation, reporting, and coordination with central or corporate teams.
- Knowledge of safety and security practices in residential settings, with attention to compliance and risk mitigation.
- Comfort with using technology and property management tools or apps to manage operations and communication.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse resident groups and on-site staff.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or co-living operations is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in hospitality, property management, business, or a related field is beneficial.
