Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Property Management Specialist. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, handling lease administration, overseeing tenant relations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will coordinate property maintenance, oversee contracts, support sales initiatives, and uphold high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and tenants.
• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration, including understanding contracts and maintaining property value.
• Sales skills with the ability to identify and secure opportunities for property leasing and tenant acquisition.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant education or certification in property management, real estate, or related fields is a plus.
