Job Description

Property Activation Manager (Internally termed as Launch Manager) - Z Hotels | Zolo

Turn properties into brand-ready hotels. Enforce standards. Protect every launch.

Company Name: ZoloStays

Business Unit: Z Hotels

Designation: MM

Location: Bangalore (Pan-India Travel Required)

Experiance: 3 - 6 years

Salary Range: Up to ₹10 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

Why this role exists

Z Hotels does not just sign properties. We transform them.

Before the first guest walks in, before the first booking is confirmed, before revenue starts the property must be structurally sound, brand-aligned, and fully operational.

If we compromise at this stage, we pay for it in complaints, rework, and brand damage.

As Z Hotels scales across cities, we need disciplined pre-launch governance.

This role exists to ensure that every property goes live only when it is truly ready structurally, operationally, and visually aligned to brand standards.

Your mandate is clear:

  • Ensure every property meets brand standards before go-live
  • Identify structural and finishing gaps early
  • Protect launch timelines through disciplined tracking
  • Prevent Day 1 operational embarrassment
  • Sign off only when readiness is complete

This is not a coordination role. It is a standards-enforcement role.
