Must have skills required: rag, Vector databases, generative AI systems, LLM, Prompt Engineering, NLP A cybersecurity company streamlining secure-by-design threat modeling. is Looking for: Work Arrangement Location: Noida, India Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week 2:30pm -6:30 pm Office 7:30 pm - 11:30 pmHome Key Responsibilities Lead the prompt engineering strategy and execution across high-priority AI initiatives. Design, refine, and evaluate prompts to maximize accuracy, consistency, and performance. Build and maintain prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and deployment standards. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and innovation. Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, data science, and UX to deliver integrated AI solutions. Experiment with advanced prompting techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG, fine-tuning). Develop testing and evaluation pipelines leveraging automated frameworks and human feedback. Ensure AI-generated outputs meet ethical, compliance, and security standards. Continuously track AI/LLM research trends and implement relevant advancements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Linguistics, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields, with at least 2+ years focused on LLM applications. Proven expertise in prompt engineering and generative AI workflows. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar. Experience with deploying and scaling AI models in production environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating and optimizing AI outputs. Preferred: Experience in leading AI projects or mentoring teams. Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmentedgeneration (RAG). Familiarity with fine-tuning and advanced model evaluation methods. Background in computational linguistics, UX writing, or human-computerinteraction. Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or published work. Soft Skills Strategic mindset with the ability to translate AI innovation into business value. Strong collaboration and communication across executive and technicalstakeholders. Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and inspiring teams.
