Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Promotions Editor located in Pondicherry . The Promotions Editor will be responsible for post-production and video post-production of commercials and broadcasting projects. Day-to-day tasks include editing video content, ensuring seamless transitions, enhancing broadcast material, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines. Qualifications Experience in Post-Production and Video Post-Production Skills in creating and editing Commercials Proficiency in Broadcasting and Broadcast Television Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field Experience in the media industry is a plus Responsibilities ? Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, ads, and other platforms. ? Add graphics, animations, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling. ? Edit Ai generated videos using Prompts ? Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines. ? Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all content. ? Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and social media formats. ? Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Skill Set ? Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). ? Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling. ? Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design. ? Creativity and attention to detail. ? Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle feedback constructively. ?
