Job Title: Projects Manager – Construction & Corporate Interiors

Department: Projects

Location: Bangalore & Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or Maximum 30 Days

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Projects Manager – Construction & Corporate Interiors with strong expertise in corporate office interior fit-outs and turnkey commercial projects. The ideal candidate will independently drive projects from planning to execution and final handover while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and on-site leadership capability to manage fast-track interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects
  • Prepare detailed project schedules, execution plans, and manpower deployment plans
  • Ensure project delivery within committed timelines and approved budgets
  • Drive site progress reviews and milestone tracking
  • Monitor daily site operations and proactively resolve execution challenges
  • Technical & Quality Management
  • Execute projects as per architectural, MEP, and structural drawings
  • Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and finishing benchmarks
  • Conduct regular site inspections and snag-list closure
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate closely with design and engineering teams for smooth execution
  • Commercial & Cost Control
  • Review BOQs, budgeting, and cost estimations
  • Track project costs and manage variations/change orders
  • Validate contractor bills and maintain financial discipline
  • Optimize resource utilization and control material wastage
  • Support procurement planning and cost negotiations
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams – Design, Procurement, and Management
  • Lead project review meetings and present progress reports
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure satisfaction during execution

Key Requirements

  • BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • 6–10 years of experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-outs
  • Proven experience in turnkey execution models
  • Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, budgeting, and vendor negotiations
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Sound knowledge of civil engineering, commercial projects, turnkey execution, project planning, quality control, and budgeting

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • 6 Days Working (Monday–Saturday), Requires Travelling to work sites
  • Provident Fund (PF) & ESI Applicable
  • Medical Coverage up to ₹3 Lakhs
