Job is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Accountable for the quality of own work. You'll be helping with PO management and creations from our vendors for important healthcare projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the deployment and management of different project management related processes and support tools.
- Works closely with EMEA Vendor Management Leader.
- PO(Purchase Order) creation for HPM (Healthcare Project Management) related activities.
- Being control point on price by checking on standard contract terms for each project.
- Supports the vendors by invoice related issues
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consulting with supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaboration with others to solve issues. Develops strong relationship with our internal customers and serves as the interface between internal customers and vendors. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Creation of ad hoc reports for different data tracking
- Basic experience in the Project Management & Processes and Tools.
- Experience with PO creation and management
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- GLPROD Oracle, Coupa/Agora or equivalent knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to details
- Effective time management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities
- High energy and independency
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic, Power BI, and SharePoint will be considered a valuable asset
