Senior Project / Program Manager – 12+ Years Experience

About The Role

The Senior Project / Program Manager will lead complex, multi‑stream initiatives across technology, operations, and transformation domains. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive end‑to‑end delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong governance discipline, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact programs in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large‑scale projects and multi‑phase programs.
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy.
Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints across multiple workstreams.
Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Engage with senior leadership, business owners, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, and cross‑functional workshops.
Build strong relationships across global teams to drive collaboration and decision‑making.

Financial & Resource Management

Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Optimize resource allocation across teams and vendors to ensure efficient delivery.
Track ROI, benefits realization, and long‑term value creation.

Process, Governance & Quality Assurance

Establish and maintain PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Implement risk management, change control, and issue‑resolution processes.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process optimization.

Technology & Transformation Delivery

Oversee delivery of technology‑driven initiatives including cloud migrations, automation programs, AI‑enabled solutions, and enterprise platform rollouts.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support adoption of Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs in technology, operations, or transformation environments.
Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data‑driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience delivering cloud, automation, or AI‑driven transformation programs.
Exposure to budgeting, portfolio management, and enterprise PMO environments.
Background in BPO, IT services, product engineering, or digital transformation.
