The Project & Marketing Manager in real estate is responsible for overseeing property development or real estate projects while leading marketing strategies to promote properties, attract buyers or tenants, and maximize sales performance. This role combines project coordination, marketing planning, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery and market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate development or property marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with developers, architects, contractors, and sales teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and company standards.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and projects.
- Manage branding, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials for property launches.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, website listings, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Coordinate property launches, open houses, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies, designers, and media partners.
Sales Support & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and lead generation strategies.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies based on market conditions.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain communication with investors, clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, construction, and finance departments.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, media, and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or Project Management.
- 7-8 years of experience in real estate marketing, project management, or property development.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing channels.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
