Project Manager+Senior Business Analyst - Bangalore

Project Description

• Work on a strategic project to upgrade clients' Treasury applications.
• Support project management and business analysis activities for Trading and Market Data initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver large-scale Treasury transformation programs.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery in a Capital Markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the design, development, testing, and implementation of business requirements.
• Track and report project status for assigned workstreams.
• Ensure project governance frameworks, stage gates, and project artifacts are maintained.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and change management stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Ensure project documentation complies with defined standards.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
• Support Treasury transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• Up to 15 years of total work experience.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Treasury.
• Experience in large-scale Treasury transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of Trading Systems within financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury products, including Derivatives and Foreign Exchange (FX).
• Experience with FMC, T24, or other Treasury platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
