Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to support a leading AI research lab focused on advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement applies real-world project management expertise to analyze, structure, and solve operational and workflow challenges that inform AI research and system evaluation.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to innovative AI initiatives in a fully remote, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios
Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination workflows
Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and real-world applicability
Provide domain-specific insights to identify gaps, limitations, or inconsistencies in AI system outputs
Apply consistent quality standards across all deliverables

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, and delivery practices
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

Engagement Details

Fully remote, independent contractor role
Expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours
Immediate project start
Initial project duration of approximately 3–4 weeks, with potential extension based on project needs and performance

Compensation & Contract Terms

Hourly compensation aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards
Weekly payments based on services rendered
Engagement structured as an independent contractor arrangement, subject to applicable local laws and regulations
