Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction and hospitality projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and final handover. The role requires close coordination with site teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of construction and hospitality projects.
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational and technical challenges.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Manage procurement coordination, material planning, and logistics to avoid project delays.
Review contractor performance and monitor project costs to maintain budget control.
Prepare project reports, documentation, MIS, and progress updates for management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
Drive timely project completion while maintaining high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management (hospitality project experience will be preferred).
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
Experience in procurement coordination, expediting, vendor management, and logistics planning.
Good understanding of quality assurance, site inspections, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
