Job Overview

Akuntha Projects Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Solar EPC to lead and manage ground-mounted solar projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EPC and commissioning of solar plants, along with strong technical and site management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solar EPC & Commissioning
Lead execution of ground-mounted solar plant EPC and INC projects
Manage projects with capacity above 5 MW
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
HT Systems & Infrastructure
Handle High Tension (HT) systems, Transmission Lines (TL), and switchyard operations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Multi-Site Project Management
Manage multiple project sites simultaneously
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost control
Stakeholder & Team Management
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction
Lead and supervise on-site teams effectively
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and present project progress reports
Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel across project sites as required

Qualifications & Requirements

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Solar EPC projects
Hands-on experience in projects exceeding 5 MW capacity
Strong knowledge of HT systems, transmission lines, and switchyards
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
