✅ Manage end-to-end software development projects

✅ Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams

✅ Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution

✅ Track project progress, risks, and dependencies

✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality

✅ Work closely with the Solution Architect to execute technical initiatives

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in Software/Product Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
• Experience managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
