Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of residential / commercial construction projects in Hyderabad in a full-time, on-site capacity. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating resources, supervising site activities, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves tracking progress, timely completion, quality control and resolving issues that may affect project schedules or costs. The Project Manager will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication, provide regular updates, and ensure customer satisfaction from project initiation through handover.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize site resources, materials, and vendor relationships.
• Candidates should have knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Candidates should have proven experience in construction project management; a relevant technical or engineering degree or diploma is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
