  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects for a reputed organization in Singapore. The role involves planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities with experience handling cross-functional teams.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational policies.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain effective communication across teams.

  
  

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
