Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise software projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams while ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.

The role requires ownership of project planning, Agile delivery, client communication, risk management, release planning, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

·      Lead multiple software implementation and product development projects simultaneously.

·      Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans.

·      Track project progress against schedules and proactively address delivery risks.

·      Plan and coordinate end-to-end hardware procurement activities, including vendor coordination, purchase tracking, logistics, and timely material availability.

·      Manage site readiness, hardware installation, commissioning, and integration activities in collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and customers.

·      Ensure successful project execution within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Agile Delivery & Scrum

·      Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

·      Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain product backlogs.

·      Monitor sprint health, velocity, burndown, and team capacity.

·      Drive Agile best practices across development teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

·      Serve as the primary interface between customers and engineering teams.

·      Conduct regular project review meetings with clients.

·      Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

·      Manage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations effectively.

Cross Team Leadership

·      Coordinate cross-functional teams including Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and Infrastructure.

·      Allocate work based on priorities, team capacity, and project timelines.

·      Support teams by removing impediments and improving delivery efficiency.

·      Foster collaboration and accountability across teams.

Release & Quality Management

·      Plan and manage application releases and production deployments.

·      Coordinate UAT activities and obtain customer sign-offs.

·      Ensure release readiness through proper planning and documentation.

·      Monitor post-release performance and drive issue resolution.

Governance & Reporting

Maintain project documentation including:

·      Project Plans

·      Sprint Reports

·      RAID Logs

·      Risk Registers

·      Release Notes

·      Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)

·      Change Requests

·      UAT Documentation

·      Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·      Weekly & Monthly Status Reports

·      Prepare management dashboards highlighting project health, resource utilization, milestones, and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 6–12 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Experience with release planning, production deployments, and change management.
• Ability to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe certifications are highly preferred.
