Job Description

Job Purpose - To identify, analyze and reengineer existing infra processes for improving efficiency, accuracy, turnaround time and cost effectiveness through system enhancement, automation and process optimization. The incumbent is expected to manage the CIT (Central Infra Team) Projects The role involves coordination across internal and external IT Vendors &Digitization of existing Process and creating new enhanced Processes.


Job Responsibilities (JR) : 2 – 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)

Process Enhancement & Re-engineering Study current business processes. Identify process level gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses. Design and implement process re-engineering initiatives to improve productivity. Standardize processes and create SOPs, process notes, and control checklists

System & IT Enhancement Coordinate with IT / vendors for system enhancements, automation, and tool development. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Concept Notes in Bank’s prescribed format Review Functional Specifications Document (FSD) shared by IT-BSG / Vendor. Participate in UAT, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.

Data, MIS & Reporting (Power BI) Improve MIS accuracy, dashboards, and reporting automation. Analyse data trends to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure timely and error-free reporting to management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT-BSG, Vendor, Audit). Conduct workshops, training, and handholding during change implementation to Pan India Project Team. Act as a single point of contact for process change communication.

Governance & Compliance Ensure process changes comply with internal policies, audit, and regulatory guidelines.


Educational Qualifications Key Skills

ü Graduate in any discipline.

ü Preference for candidates with post-

graduation in Management or MBA.

ü Additional certification in Real Estate &

Project Management will be an added

advantage. ü Strong understanding of Systems. ü Good analytical, documentation, and data interpretation skills. ü Effective coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders. ü Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management. ü High integrity, process orientation, and attention to detail. ü Knowledge of Power BI

Experience Required

Minimum experience in years –

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in real estate management, asset monetization, or infrastructure

administration.

• Experience in property transactions within a bank, NBFC, PSU, or large corporate setup preferred.
