Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional drug development and pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery across the product lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, working closely with global stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans across drug development and manufacturing stages.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure milestone achievement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and External Partners.
• Lead governance forums, status reviews, and escalation management to drive timely decision-making.
• Drive change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality systems and global regulatory requirements (GxP).
• Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or MBA.
• 8+ years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain, preferably in manufacturing or drug development.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated environment.
• PMP certification preferred (or equivalent project management certification).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
