Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. In this hybrid role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders, while also ensuring quality standards and safety compliance. The role requires effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Remote work flexibility is available for specific tasks.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management, including project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Proficiency in Expediting and coordinating project schedules
  • Skills in Inspection and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Logistics Management experience, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus
  • Experience with federal or large-scale commercial projects is advantageous
