Project Manager - .NET/Java

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in .NET/Java technologies and 11-15 years of overall professional experience to lead and coordinate Springboot/API projects, ensuring successful delivery while fostering collaboration and efficiency across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Support development teams by addressing obstacles and guiding them toward their goals
• Monitor team performance and recommend strategies to improve productivity
• Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement and agile best practices
• Engage and align stakeholders with project objectives and deliverables
• Provide detailed reports on team progress and project status to relevant parties
• Ensure alignment of project activities with overall organizational goals

Requirements

• 11-15 years of overall professional experience
• 10+ years of work experience specifically in delivery management and Agile practices
• Proven expertise in Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management
• Background in managing projects with Java and .NET technology stacks
• Knowledge of GEN AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; Master's degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency
