Mandatory Requirements:

Must have own vehicle and possess a valid driving licence
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned project area
Should be from Odisha, preferably from Western Odisha
Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

strong>ponsibilities:
Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Lead the end-to-end execution of healthcare and public health projects
Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and implementation partners.
Oversee field operations, technical support, logistics, and call centre activities.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
Review MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular review meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
