Project Manager (Marketing Agency)

We're Hiring: Project Manager (Client Operations) | Per4mance Guru | Delhi

At Per4mance Guru, we're building India's most AI-forward performance marketing agency. We run paid media, ad creatives, and social for brands across India, UAE, and the US — and we're scaling fast.

We need a sharp Project Manager to own client delivery, keep teams aligned, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery for 8–12 client accounts across Meta, Google, creative, and social retainers
• Be the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients — updates, approvals, escalations
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for our media buyers, creative team, and social managers
• Manage timelines, priorities, and sprint tracking using our internal tools
• Build and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows — creative approvals, reporting, campaign launches
• Run weekly team syncs and proactively flag bottlenecks before they become problems
• Support onboarding of new clients with structured, repeatable processes

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience at a digital or performance marketing agency (this is non-negotiable)
• A solid understanding of how Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns actually work — you don't need to run them, but you need to understand what the team needs to deliver
• Exceptional written communication — especially for client-facing emails and status updates
• Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without losing your head
• Comfortable with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar)
• Bonus: experience managing UAE or US clients, or familiarity with AI workflow tools
