Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to guide project execution.
Manage project execution, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly to ensure transparency and alignment.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Manage and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.
Close out projects, document lessons learned, and conduct post-project reviews to improve future project performance.

Required Skillset

Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Pune.
Demonstrate fluent verbal and written communication in English.
Manage international client interactions, including requirement discussions, feedback sessions, and escalation handling.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients across different geographies.
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Handle client expectations professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
