Job Title: Project Manager ? Showroom Operations Location: Ahmedabad- Sindhubhavan About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of showroom activities, manage execution of interior projects, and maintain a high standard of customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning. Manage showroom projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project requirements. Supervise installation, execution, and handover of showroom projects. Ensure effective space management and maintain showroom aesthetics. Drive customer satisfaction by addressing queries and ensuring a seamless experience. Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement with the purchase team when required. Prepare regular reports on project progress, timelines, and budgets. Lead the showroom team, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor?s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the furniture, interiors, or retail industry. Strong knowledge of showroom operations, project execution, and vendor management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and client-handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools is an added advantage.
